Filing a notice

Counter-notice
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice through the same contact options that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your contact information along with your consent to jurisdiction in your local courts.
Repeat infringers
We may remove listings and take further action in cases of repeated infringement.
